Awesome benefits! They still have a pension!
Great 401k matching (100% of 6%). Newly added paid 6 weeks Maternity/Paternity leave. Vacation starts at 3 weeks but takes a long time to get the 4th week.
I don't know, Everything seems to be perfect right now. Just joined the company
The interview process was not bad. Was asked relevant questions and was able to answer them. The interview process was not bad. Was asked relevant questions and was able to answer them.
Vacation and holidays, no more required beatings until morale improved, add more for 20 word minimum
The health insurance coverage, while can be a bit spendy if you have a family, offers several options for those that do not. They cover a lot and are very helpful in finding doctors that are close to you and within network.
The high deductible insurance option is great. I do not have any negative comments regarding the benefit paackage
Pay is around the nation so average, so it's decent. Different locations have different time off amounts, depending on unions or non union. Where I'm located, you start off with 2 weeks vacation and 1 week of personal days. The new contract, that came into effect in 2018, we get 10 sick days a year, but there's stipulations to it. Retirement is very good. They went away from pensions, but most companies have also. I get 10% dollar for dollar company match. That is really good. You also get discounts on products like cell phones, amusement parks, hotels etc. thru Duke. The health, dental, and vision is probably standard to other companies.
No complaints about Duke's benefits.
I was a contractor so there were no benefits, no vacation, no insurance, etc
