Requirement to use only CVS pharmacy - sometimes 24 hr Walgreen location is much more convenient. PPO pays limited amount for some services so while out patient IV drug administration was "covered" it was not covered at an amount any clinic or doctor's office would accept. Ended up getting antibiotics from mail order pharmacy and doing IV therapy at home using a port.

It was a very high deductible insurance. I had to purchase my own insurance outside of what they offered.

Best: Always improving their benefits to stay competitive with other employers- paternity leave, extra vacation, paid performance plan. Worst: Insurance has high deductible.

Very good overall benefits package. 401k allows traditional or Roth contributions, comes with a 100% match up to 6% with an additional automatic 4% that vests into the retirement account after a certain period of time (in place of a pension). Medical benefits are very competitive and affordable with a tobacco free discount and participation in the annual wellness program. An HSA is available on some plans. Employees now start with 3 weeks vacation and can earn up to 5. You can bank 2 weeks of vacation for carryover. There are 8 company holidays, 3 personal days, 2 weeks paid sick time, 1 week paid dependent care. Paternity leave is 6 weeks and maternity leave is 3 months, paid.

Good benefits seeing as the new standard is a high deductible plan, Great job reliability, easy to move between organizations and get a broader range of knowledge.

Insurance- PPO for a family is costing almost $1000 per month. Decent 401k because they don't offer a pension as other in the industry do. 6 weeks paternal leave.

we do not have too much time for vacation, worse we should work for the whole day, i think it is too difficult to accept

I was a contractor for Duke Energy so there were no benefits. Health Insurance and 401K were on my own.
