The benefits package is one of the best in comparison to other major employers in the area. The retirement plan, time off, health insurance, etc. is the best I've ever had.

comprehensive. best 403(b) (401(k) for not for profits) in the country per the Fidelity reps.
PTO time is well above average, retirement plan is great. Medical plan is solid for the most part, others have caught up in that area.
403(b) contribution, by far. The retirement plan is extremely generous. Only downside is three year vesting period. Insurance plan is also pretty great, as well.
Salary may not be the highest but benefits are good.
