Benefits were pretty good! A lot of wellness, diversity, and volunteering initiatives. PTO was definitely fair.

The high medical deductible to meet each year.
Good: Excellent vacation policy, 2 community service days a year, good insurance coverage with HSA and FSA available. Not so good: high deductible, but that seems to be the norm these days.
The best thing is that they are very flexible.
The health insurance is the worst I have ever had. However this seems to be the growing trend. High deductible plans, might as well just be a tax free savings account, with a 300 premium....
