Good healthcare convenient locations and nice state
Health insurance has several options. The lowest costing ones require you to have a Raleigh or Durham zip code. You can choose between several doctors. The lowest costing plan is thirty two a month.
Great health insurance, affordable, and excellent. I really appreciate the support during the onboarding process
they offer tiers of involvement to match you and your family's needs and they are fairly priced and seem to be geared to meet all levels of income and health needs for each individual. very fair and priced competitively
Good coverage but high monthly premiums
The health insurance program can be considered "good" as Duke has its own hospital system, but not necessarily "better" compared to its regional competitor - the UNC hospital system. The coverage is affordable is one is employed full-time. The annual premium is about $4000 (as of 2017) for basic coverage of a family.
Pro: affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, with options for mental health and dependent care coverage Con: cheaper insurance options limit you to extremely busy specialty providers at Duke, can take >6 months for an initial consult
There are a few different options to choose from with more or less options in terms of network size with increased price for more options. Most options are pretty good though I have the most basic plan is not adequate with a family.
I have the minimum package health insurance and even that is awesome!
They have options but they are too expensive
