They have insurance through Dean, but the deductible was really high compared to my husband's plan so we stuck with his even though the copay was less with Duluth.
I enjoyed the employee discount the most. Some of their clothing items are pricey, the discount was really nice to have.
Health, 401k, you also get paid time off and your birthday day off. Or you can save it for another day and take it off them
They have a full array of benefits, medical, dental, vision, 401k. Great company to work for. Excellent culture and employees!
Days earned off are few and far in between. Not worth the time put into it.
The bases are covered. Cons are that some plans are unclear when they "kick in" as you progress in your career (equity/stock), no tuition reimbursement no technology-related reimbursements (smartphone).
