Expensive deductibles so lots of out of pocket. Don't even try to go out of network, it will cost you a lot.

The health insurance is there, so that's good and there are a few tiers. Overall, it's expensive for PPO, and the deductible is massive for HD. Co-pays are $50 for specialists, so that adds up. They do have good coverage with Aetna, so finding doctors isn't a problem.

  • Mar 15, 2018

Middle of the road premiums, slightly lower than average in terms of affordability.

Good benefit offering. Some are rather expensive, but it's there. Each employee can decide what's best for their family.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Senior QA Engineer in Austin, Texas

The deductibles are higher than at any previous company I've worked at.

  • Oct 26, 2017
StarStarStarStarStar Current Credit Advisor in Tucson, Arizona

Aetna will not tell you what specifically they cover. If you call with at code they tell you they will cover then when you submit the bill they do not cover. They will deny claims as you get close to your deductible. You will never reach your deductible.
