Employer paid life insurance is not something that you find at many companies, but Dunbar does and at no cost to the employee.
Willing to work with family needs
The best thing is that they do contribute to your 401k that is, if you can afford to pay into it at all with the lowly salaries offered. Health insurance is a joke. Extremely high deductible plans that cover nothing until you meet it, at premium prices. Dental and vision are similar. They do offer free accidental death and dismemberment policies to all employees.
Workers out of pocket costs are high. I have had much better benefits packages at other places. Low 401K match.
401k, health insurance, paid time off
Benefits package is available, and includes full health, dental, and vision. However, the cost of those benefits is high compared to the hourly pay rate. You can accumulate paid time off (PTO), based on the amount of hours you work each week. There are also some employee discounts given to all employees.
lack of organization. people constantly do not uphold the responsibilities of there job, people like to also shift the blame of things.
there is a catch on their 401k, if you stay with the company for 3 years or more you will be available to keep what company put in, but if you leave earlier you only get what you put in , one will not be able to received they percentage if one has not meet the 3 year period.
Benefits only for full time benefits employees...employees who work full time but are on part time benefits do not get any
It was the lowest cheapest form of benefits the company could get.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
