Best thing is early release on Fridays. Also start with 3 weeks vacation.
There really is not "worst" about the Dunkin' benefits package. It is comprehensive and generous. They cover all the important benefits (health, 401(k), etc.) and have great perk benefits like free delicious coffee and bagels, onsite gym, lots of extras. It's great!
Half-day Fridays, employer matched 401k, 3 weeks vacation to start.
Medical, Dental, Vision coverage are fantastic. 401K matching is great. Office perks of food, coffee, half day Fridays year round.
company perks don't apply unless you're at the corporate office in Canton, MA
It takes a while to get everything.
you have to earn your vacation time you don' t get it up front and your payed twice a month.
Half day Fridays (1:30pm corporate-wide dismissal) year-round!
no benefits were offered and i thunk that is very important to plan for your future
Pros: sick and personal days in addition to vacation, recently improved FMLA/parental leave, subsidized cafeteria, free snacks, onsite fitness center. Cons: no childcare benefit and no transportation benefit. Office space/environment is extremely old-school and outdated and kind of depressing.
