Best: Benefitting psychologically & personally from the product (offering free language education is a noble goal!) and benefitting from the fun & great team. While other companies might give you more $$ and offer a sexier city, do not underestimate the value of having no scruples about what you do in an affordable city. Also, fun outings like company trips, restaurant nights and birthday parties make great memories. Worst: The U.S. could really learn from European employers (e.g. vacation days, maternity & paternity leave etc). ;)
Catered lunch is available every day in the office, the health plan is good and the 401(k) match is excellent.
