Health Insurance has to be the biggest downfall for the company. It seems to be really high from what I am used to paying
Vacation policy was fair. Health insurance was a bit expensive and in my opinion did not cover many expenses.
medical insurance was a joke. high co-pays, lousy Rx coverage, high deductibles, each time you go to have a Rx filled, you invariably have to call the insurance broker company and not be able to have your Rx filled until it was reviewed by someone in their upper management department.
The company matches up to $100 per month for the 401K plan. One week vacation after one year, two weeks after two years, and three weeks after 10 years.
The health benefits are expensive, only one personal/sickday per year
The good news: paid vacations, paid holidays, weekly and quarterly bonuses, affordable insurance, free food at safety meetings. Health insurance is not bottom of the barrel. The bad news: the 401K sucks as it only matches $100 per month. Drivers at the company had a 40 hour pay guarantee for years, now that has been cut to $800 per week before all deductions (taxes, insurance, etc).
Best thing was the time off, however good luck actually getting time off with out having to deal with calls all day long
Health insurance, vision/dental. Health insurance was not affordable at all. Very easy to get insurance matching the company elsewhere.
Good Vacation time.
