Time off is handled at individual schools. Your leave must be approved and filled by a Kelly substitute. Depending on your school, it can be difficult to secure a sub. This leaves other teachers to pick up classes when substitutes don't show. Benefits are taken from pay check at a variety of levels.
Non-contributory health insurance option for non-administrative employees
Dental plans in my opinion not all that great. Health plan is not the best.

Mostly affordable and Florida blue is good unless your whole family and kids are on it then is it expensive.
They are really not great with explaining the package options. The also take out a healthy percentage, as if we get paid enough to take that hit as well.
Family plans are more expensive.
