They refuse to approve what Doctors require. They try to play your doctor and give feedback as to what the Doctor should do instead of what was ordered.
What we have now is Obamacare. It's the most horrible "insurance" plan I've ever had. Literally, one surgery, ie. Knee, Hip, Shoulder will bankrupt you!!! DynCorp pays $1000 per year toward your "coverage" and our premiums are $400 month with $12,000 Deductible for family. As if that's not bad enough, after your premium is met you're still responsible for 40% OF THE TOTAL COST!!!! Eight year employee here and I, as well as others, will soon be looking for another job, solely because Dyn screwed us with the "new" insurance! FYI, DynCorp profits increased 51% in the last year..........and they feed us Obamacare!
Pretty good plan and cover a lot
Its expensive so I just get insurance from out in town. I will be switching to my wife's insurance once it is time for that transition.
Not looking out for the employees, just their bottom line.
The cost is absolutely outrageous. Approx. ~$485 every PAY PERIOD for a fanily plan with Cigna. Complete madness.
The package is workable for those not having insurance.
The insurance was too high for what it was worth.
Premiums are too high with no relief in sight. There's a lot of out of pocket expenses for the employee.
