Benefits package pretty standard. Offer Telehealth doctor appointments online 24/7 which is very cool and convenient.

The best thing about the benefits is that they are always trying to improve them even though they are very good.
Switching *everyone* to BCBS of MA made certain things not as easy. In the past CPWR offered local or nation-wide insurers in every state.
Overall the benefits are good. Would be better if people outside of MA would get in-state or nationwide insurance plans, like it was the case with Compuware. Out-of-state insurance does bring some disadvantages.
