Flexible working hours and global working opportunities. Professional development can be sought based on area of expertise.
Salary becomes uncompetitive the moment you are promoted. No rules or grading and only the lucky few get extortionate raises
Massively clawed back staff discounts and do not seriously enter discussions on flexible working. Good salary doesn’t outweigh poor treatment of employees.
A straight forward taxing scheme, Bupa and dental options are good.
Only 3 staff sales a year
Company is proud of its gym it offers, but the gym is on site in Malmesbury - miles from home
Lots of clubs and social events organized and run by staff. Private health and dental insurance is available. Good pension scheme with reasonable company contribution. A lot of investment in "campus" facilities (cafe's, gym, sports hall, coffee bars, maintained nature trails). I can work from home if needed, though it is preferred to be the odd occasion rather than the norm. Flexi-time available provided I make my hours up during the same week. Easy to book short holidays at late notice. Some external company perks, but these are limited and quite random. Staff sales benefit has been cut to 30% with limited number of purchases per year.
Staff discount scheme was recently scaled back massively. Generally good perks, BUPA health insurance. No option to buy or sell holiday
Best thing is Dyson discount and worst was when it was reduced.
Bonus scheme has always paid out in the last 5 years I’ve been there. Good discounts with local and national companies too.
