Perks are wide and varied, best I have experienced so far. Worst thing is overtime isn't really a thing, but passion for doing the work is high and everything is a real team effort.
Best thing about Dyson is your entitled to huge discounts on their own products as an employee. You will be entitled as well for self development courses like leadership training and technical training to develop yourself as an individual. I haven't had experience any worst situations being a month at Dyson.
We get a good bonus once a year, if the company has reached its target and depending on performance, which motivates you to work harder.
Easy to hit targets and good bonus, on the other hand it became more difficult year by year
50% off Dyson products. BUPA medical & dental. Min 6% pension. Bonus linked to company performance. Subsidised quality cafe food.
You get a good staff discount for Dyson and for other companies too. You get a good amount of annual leave too.
Discount on products, subsidised food in the cafes, free gym, free sports, other staff perks
Best: pension contributions, Dyson double your contributions, flexible working hours, gym facilities Worst: private health package is pointless/worthless
Free on-site gym is a big bonus, and there is generous holiday pay. The pay structure is no longer linked to performance however, so there is less of an incentive to go the extra mile, as there is no way to reward you for it.
Great on site benefits e.g. gym.
