“The employee discount used to be good, but then it was limited to only a few machines a year at only about 30% discount. That's similar to what you'll find in stores during sale periods. ”
“401k benefits on time and accurate”
“Great insurance, but very expensive to add family members. ”
very good and fun place to work
Benefits are pretty expensive. Discount for products is awful.
Benefits package was nice. Matched my 401k contribution.
No health insurance but 401 k, company discounts ok... not much benefits if working here
Health plans are super expensive and the coverage isn’t even that great. If you have other family members you’ll be paying a majority of your paycheck on your insurance / super high deductible.
All basic benefits companies offer now, but health insurance for families or dependents is very expensive. employee discounts are similar to what sales deals are at stores.
Benefits are very good aside from the fact that they really cut down the friends and family discount. Health insurance was very good, though expensive once you add family. Maternity leave is outstanding for the US at 24 weeks.
Amazing employee benefits. Great work/life balance
Best of the best benefits package. Good health insurance as well as wellness program with perks.
Best: up to 5 weeks paid vacation per year; 7 paid sick days; 10 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday Worst: Medical insurance can be expensive, though there is a wellness program that gives a steep discount if you meet the requirements
