401k match 5% vested after 3 years. There is tuition reimbursement but they will not reimburse for any designations such as the CFP, CFA, AWMA, CRPC, etc... It is clear they don't want to educate their employees by not paying for any industry standard designations. The company has chosen not to support local not-for profits by gift matching any more, this is not discontinued and such a disappointment.
They match 75% up to 6% of your 401(k) that vests after 3 years of service. They offer Aetna POS I & II which is good. Dental plan isn't great and vision plan is pretty good.
The health, dental, and vision benefits are extremely generous. 401k and adoption benefits are less than my previous employer.
There is a comprehensive and overall pretty great benefit package offered by this organization that is flexible enough to meet the needs of any individual.
