We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to meet the demands of each individual’s life at work, as well as at home. From the first day on the job, employees are eligible for coverage under most benefit plans, and employees are encouraged to participate in any, or all, of our benefit programs.
Some of our benefits include:
Medical and prescription
We offer two competitive medical plans for eligible employees and their dependents, including a traditional PPO plan and a high-deductible health plan, both with free access to comprehensive care and a broad national PPO network. Eligible covered dependents include spouses and children.
Paid time off
The firm provides ample paid holidays and at least 20 paid time-off days annually for vacation, personal, and sick time. Additional paid time off is available to employees for maternity/paternity leave, jury duty, military leave, bereavement, and community service.
In addition to paid leave for new parents, EAB supports employees in creating flexible work arrangements, including flextime, telecommuting, and part-time work.
Firm-wide wellness campaign
To support and encourage health and wellness, we sponsor employee wellness programming, including an annual health fair, nutrition seminars, fitness challenges, flu shot clinics, and more.
We have a policy permitting a flexible schedule to allow employees to incorporate exercise into their day.
Our Community Impact program encourages employees to give back to the community, offering the nation’s most generous volunteer policy.
Strong benefits and good PTO
Good time off policies. Mediocre medical coverage.
Great PTO policy, good health and 401k plans
It seems slightly better than other employers in some areas, and less excellent in others.
PTO is amazing. I get 25 days plus holidays plus random other days. Great work life balance. Pay is average.
The best part about EAB is the fact that you can actually work 40 hours a week. Unlike most companies I've worked at that expect you to be online at all times, the company culture does not require that. This means you can actually have a work/life balance. I personally think the company should tout that more, especially if you want to raise a family. As others have said, besides this the paid time off is great as are the fitness and community service hours. However, the 401(k) match is not very great and the maternal/paternal leave benefits are not in line with market.
Excellent benefits package with generous PTO
It's great to have immediate vesting in 401K
Best part is 5 weeks PTO with carryover. Health and related benefits are ok Worst - Parental leave is not competitive in market any longer. 401k match is minimal
Time off is awesome - 5 weeks, even for entry level jobs. 401k matching is not impressive though, especially for a company in their financial position.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
