We used to get more matching. We get a whole 1800 max now.
Flexible work hours helps with work/life balance. Provided several health insurance options and reasonably priced vision and dental plans. Free one-year salary life insurance.
401k match is good. over the years they have been reducing what they can to save money.
No perks they took any we had away. High deductibles for insurance. Not much hope in bonuses. I don't have much I can say about any real benefits they have. 401 K match yes but only up to 1800.
EAG has taken all of the small little benefits we had. The health insurance is not the greatest ( high deductible), we used to get more of a match for our 401 K, and we used to get a Christmas bonus every year as well. There used to be a nice profit sharing, but know we have to reach such crazy revenue intake of profit before we get our so called bonuses. Bonuses are taxed so they are not even worth receiving. In my opinion they should have left us alone when they bought us we were a happier place to work for.
It takes 5 years to get vested
Good benefit package. I really liked the HSA option.
401k Matching to $1800, good. Poor bonus plan, poor salary increases. No advancement, unrealistic expectations
Benefits package is pretty standard for the state of the Insurance world these days. There is an HMO and PPO and PPO/HSA option this year. Standard vacation, sick days and PTO offered. I've never had a problem getting my vacation time approved.
Generous vacation and sick day package. You get 80 hours for each. Health insurance is really good too. Most of the costs are absorbed by the company with a prepaid visa card they give you towards paying your medical deductible.
