The benefits at EBS Healthcare are flexible and comprehensive, I have never been disappointed with the available choices.
The worst part is not having sick days. If you are sick you ha I to come in otherwise your pay gets docked.
The health insurance that this company offers is negligible. I could get cheaper insurance going privately. I can't even afford to pay for my husband's insurance because it would end up being over $1,000 a month on not even the most expensive plan. EBS reps falsely advertise their benefits prior to being hired then they screw you over! Worst job experience ever. I can't wait to finish this year off and move to a company that actually respects my hard work and provides me with affordable healthcare benefits.
Paid for my state licensure. No paid time off, no sick days, didn't even get offered health insurance as they just assumed I wouldn't sign up since my husband is military. No incentive for longevity or excellent performance. Literally no typical benefits that you get, even from a traditional full time hourly position.
Not Sure. Benefits packages are not something I am willing to discuss. E.B.S. rewards hard work.
Health insurance, 401K package standard, no bonus other than referrals. Some professional allotment, no paid time off
The deductibles are insane!!
They offer health care (a nice PPO or HMO), dental, vision, and a 401K (these are offered if you work full time 30+ hours). I was able to bargain for 2 paid time off days. As a school speech therapist, you also have all school vacations off (winter break, spring break, summer, etc.), but you aren't paid for those.
I did not receive benefits in exchange for a higher hourly rate. I was hired as an independent contractor
I love that i was able to relocate with assistance and begin a new career. It has been a great opportunity for me to continue practicing as an SLP and assist children with disabilities.
