    The benefits change every July, which is very confusing and not a normal time for benefits to change. They basically reset twice a year and I don't think it's a great system. Time off is reasonable.

    ECG hired PeopleFirm in Seattle to work with them on a number of issues, including benefits, total rewards, maternity leave policy, etc. There was also an employee survey to assess perspectives. These activities were just for "show" so that ECG leadership could pretend it was committed to their employees. Most of the PeopleFirm recommendations were ignored because in typical ECG fashion, leadership ignores advice from outside experts and sticks to what is comfortable and low cost.

    Great company perks! Profit sharing 401k plan, yearly bonuses, 4 weeks vacation, paid cell phone, and a great health insurance plan. Would like to see a military leave plan included in the future.

    100% healthcare insurance coverage is the best benefit. The worst benefit is the vacation time. They call it "personal leave" because it includes sick days.
