Good time (196 hours a year) and accrued sick time. High deductible plan and they give you $1000 over the course of a year in an HSA. No matching for a 403b plan.
Non existent for per diem
There was a good amount of time off for a part-time employee. I also got a retirement account.
Good PTO, I believe you get 2-4 weeks per year and I am per diem, so I do not use the health insurance.
OffeRS HDP's that encourage you to use their system and penalizes you through cost if you don't. No retirement savings match. Increased wait period before STD can be used (2 week lag time). Annual increases are non existent, unless you're an executive then you can expect to get a 15-20% raise. Earn more vacation time after 5 years df service.
