Medical and other benefits..low cost. No chiro for HMO, only PPO.
Low cost superior medical benefits. The annual bonus incentive is more than most companies. There is an exercise gym on the campus.
The best piece is the fact that the company pays in full for benefits for the employee, the cost sharing on dependents is minimal. Worst is the vacation package starts at 2 weeks.

Holiday and vacation time are at or above industry standard. Salary is rumored to be less competitive, but I think the overall package is fair relative to the location.
