Great 401k match and PTO
There was not anything about the benefits package I did not like. They do not give many raises, and when you do get one it is very small. They say because you get a bonus you will not get much of a raise.
Medical insurance is very well subsidized. Low copay, low deductible, low premium.

3 weeks paid time off for all employees; 4 weeks for managers. Additional week of vacation awarded at 5th year of employment. 3 floating holidays on top of vacation and nearly every major holiday off. 4 hours of paid volunteer time each month.
Work/life balance is great at this company.
Benefits here are reasonably friendly, presumably to make up for the significantly below market cash compensation. They are generous with PTO, but many positions are expected to work over vacation.
Benefits for new parents and parents of young children are exceptional. There is lots of flexibility, the option to leave at 2pm on Fridays, over 3 months of maternity leave, and many more benefits that you won't find at other companies. The actual medical coverage is slightly better than other companies I know of.
