I earn 24 vacation days a year + floating holidays and some national holidays. This is great as it allows travel. No Sabbatical is offered. Burn out is prevalent for staff who have been with EF for 5+ years. This benefit could help!

There is no paid vacation time. You are only paid for what you work for. Also, if you take vacation, then that means you do not get paid.
