The amount you have taken out of your checks for health insurance
I don't have anything bad to say about EGS. They have been great to work for.
They have insurance, but it is fairly high, but it seems more insurances have gone that way
I really didn't like anything there. The benefits are bad. Always change every other week.
They match for the 401K and you get sick time/vacation PTO.
They offer very good benefits, there is a waiting period before the benefits package takes effect
The benefits are extremely expensive, if you buy them most still qualify for state benefits they are so costly. Vacation you earn but don't plan on ever getting a day off as they are all denied. It's a frustrating process to get a single hour off much less a day.
Crippling deductibles for an agent seeking family coverages. Rates raised annually without opportunity to increase wages = annual pay cut. Have fun.
Just start working there , so I don't know
