There is no story option. Very little long term incentive.
Benefits were good, several plans to select. Several options to choose including FSA, HSA, additional life insurance, 401K, stock purchase plan, dental and vision.
Alot of benefits but the price is pretty high for a large company
EMC use to have one of the best Benefits. Since Dell merger, they have removed all the benefits to match what dell is offering. This is now on the really low end of good benefits.
