PPO - Overall coverage was remarkable. Co-pays and flexibility were reasonable and easy.
Excellent benefits. Great medical and dental insurance. Vaca policies . Well thought through options all around in my view.

Good 401K match upper limit, company-wide holiday Christmas week (US only), generous maternity/paternity leave limits
EMC use to have one of the best Benefits. Since Dell merger, they have removed all the benefits to match what dell is offering. This is now on the really low end of good benefits.
