    vacation was immediately available and my manager was willing to working with me as I had planned vacation prior to accepting offer. It was painless and the accrual rate was fair

    Very standard fair for time off, though since Dell took over the ability to access certain types of PTO has become significantly more difficult. Under EMC, there was a number of different PTO buckets that you could pretty much use as you wished. Since the merger, things are much stricter in which bucket you can use when. Not a good thing.
