So much convoluted paper work from all the benefit transitions due to integration to ENGIE. Two plans to choose from (HDHP and PPO) are less than ideal and it seems to be very costly for those on family plans.
It's still cheaper than purchasing it on the open market, but the coverage is poor, a large percentage of the cost is pushed to employees, and the rates go up each year (more than what is typically seen in the industry).
Health insurance is a bit spendy but it's decent coverage. Dental and Vision also available.
The additional cost after PPO paycheck deductions is 20% after meeting deductible.
I don't get health insurance from Ecova but if I did the benefits would be pretty good.
