Vision and Dental are great, Medical options were kind of high.
Benefits are competitive with other companies in the industry.

As a contractor I didn't receive any benefits. We didn't even get ANY paid vacation or sick time. If you don't work you don't get paid. And the base pay is not even close to employee salaries.
3 weeks vacation with roll over for a year!! And like 5 paid holidays!!
The amount of PTO is great, really allows for good work/life balance
As a contract emplyee of EOG Im not intititled to those benefits. However I was intitteled to a 401k through my third party which is INSITE USA in Houston Tx.
