“Good plan and good match”
“Too high deductible and out of pocket makes it unusable. ”
“Year 1 is accrued from date of hire. Beginning January of Year 2 your total vacation allowance is available in a bank.”
Company has good health insurance. They will match up to 6% of your 401K. I have only been working there for three years and have 5 weeks of vacation. Technically 4 weeks but they allow you to roll over 40 hours from the previous year.
I'm not sure, but from what could tell from full time employees is that they have very good benefits like 401K matching, and health savings accounts.
No benefits offered to contractors basically self employeed
Health benefits are pretty good on everything.
Health Insurance is a really good deal here. They recently dropped FSA and only offer an HSA. Some people don't like it but don't understand how to use the HSA program here. 100% covered after deductible reached. Offer an 80/20 for a reduced deductible.
Very generous, sustained me for a few bad years ... Great HSA and 401K plans
No benefits as a consultant and they let you go while refusing to tell you why!
great company..terrific benefits if you can get out of contractor status
