For 2022 the parental leave is 12 weeks fully paid for all parents including adoption. For birth mothers you can take short term disability (fully paid) in addition to the parental leave for a total of 18-20 weeks 100% paid. The premium health insurance package is expensive but very good. There are lower cost high deductible options as well. Vacation, 401K match are both pretty standard. Good ESPP.
EPAM has one of the best benefits packages in the industry. Excellent health insurance package, 401(k) match, vacation policy. Couldn't get anything better.
