Great benefits package! Specifically medical plan
Great benefits. The insurance plan is very good
So they have different health care plans and you need to choose one, they all vary on prices and the one that you pick will be deducted from your paycheck. You have 16 day vacations and one floating day. They mentioned a 5% bonus at the end of the year depending on performance as well as salary adjustment. They gave me a retention bonus but after taxes there wasn't much left, and the part that I didn't like was that I had to relocate to the States so buying all the necessary stuff for a new place could've been covered with 5K. On the other hand they give you an up to 10K loan with 0% interest in case you need it within the first year of relocation. Besides that I don't think they offer much because you're working onsite and you mostly get the perks the clients offer to their employees (snacks, food, discounts, gaming rooms, etc).
EPAM supplies you with everything you need: 401K, health plan, and typically - project leads and competency center leads that are interested in growing your skills to further your value, and career.
