Very inexpensive HSA, probably one of the cheapest plans around with a very low deductible. Usually 100% covered after deductible is met. 9/80 schedule is great, but new management may not keep it around.

Offer STIP and LTIP for certain positions. 9/80 work schedule. Two different companies for health care plus HSA. Retirement. Other benefits as well.
