    9/80 schedule and generous vacation time

    20 days paid vacation, use it or lose it policy with vacation days, every other Friday off with 9/80 schedule which is pretty standard in oil & gas industry

    EQT credits industry experience for the total # weeks vacation, but then restarts the clock on EQT employment time to achieve the next level of benefit. (i.e. moving from 3 weeks to 4 weeks)

    Good benefits. Again the PTO is the best part. 9/80 work week plus generous PTO based on total career experience.

    good time off allotted; work every other Friday in a rotation called 9/80 schedule. Get your 80 hours done in 9 days instead of traditional 10. Lets you have longer weekends 2x a month. However that extra hour does get old each day when you are there early and staying late. You can opt into having a traditional 10/80 schedule also.
