If you are a onsite hire you have to have your own insurance on the side. when youre onsite you dont get the full benefits
No matching 401. Start new hires with 10 PTO days, but can acquire an additional day for every year that one is employed.
Life insurance, Longterm disability, and Employee Assistance programs were cut from the benefits package offered in 2017. Corporate management did not provide an opportunity for employees to comment on the decision before it was made.
Thanks for the feedback. It was very difficult decision to remove these benefits; however, the financial performance of the company has required cutting back expenses throughout the company. I have always prioritized retaining personnel and will implement measures to avoid unnecessary layoffs. In this decision, the cost of the benefit relative to the return on investment was not proportionate and we could not justify the increases in premium costs for the return. There are several outside providers of these benefits that are available directly to our employees at lower costs. ERRG strives to offer the best possible benefits package to attract and retain top talent. Every year our benefits team works hard to put together a comprehensive benefits package and for 2017 we focused on the core health benefits (medical, dental, and vision). We were able to keep the same plans with the same coverage and with NO increase in premium costs to the employees and their families. We will continue to reevaluate our benefits every renewal period and put together the best package possible for our employees and their families.
Medical, Dental and Vision are satisfactory and typical for most companies. There is ZERO matching by the company for the 401k, bonuses don't come very often, raises are small and not many other employee perks or benefits.
Best - Dental insurance is excellent, unless you need major work done in one year. Worst - No 401k matching.
