“I can pick and choose my hours, but the hours are limited and can be canceled from the other end without notice or compensation. ”
“Their health insurance is abhorrent. I would be better of if they offered no health insurance so I could have subsidized health insurance through the marketplace. If your insurance needs are covered though a parent or space, you'll be okay. If you need to turn to ESS for insurance as a substitute teacher, you better pray for perfect health. ”
“One day job training at ESS.”
The 401k match is discretionary.
No paid time off or sick pay
The benefits package is good and affordable. It won’t break your pockets. You get no sick days, if your sick your pay will not be covered.
Flexible schedule, and pay is good.
Difficult to use/ cancel insurance.
No affordable benefits for contracted employees, they refer you to AHCT.
Benefits were ok but could be better
Terrible emergency insurance, no insurance is better
Coverage was good and not too expensive for just myself. Got health vision and dental
I definitely think agency is good when you’re first getting started they say that they offer health insurance which they do but it sucks it through a third-party
