  • Reduced or Flexible Hours(17 comments)

I can pick and choose my hours, but the hours are limited and can be canceled from the other end without notice or compensation.

  • Health Insurance(7 comments)

Their health insurance is abhorrent. I would be better of if they offered no health insurance so I could have subsidized health insurance through the marketplace. If your insurance needs are covered though a parent or space, you'll be okay. If you need to turn to ESS for insurance as a substitute teacher, you better pray for perfect health.

  • Job Training(4 comments)

One day job training at ESS.

The benefits package is good and affordable. It won’t break your pockets. You get no sick days, if your sick your pay will not be covered.

I definitely think agency is good when you’re first getting started they say that they offer health insurance which they do but it sucks it through a third-party
