    Matching is a joke here. They will match up to a quarter of 6% of your salary for the first four/five years you work at the firm. Obviously this is done to combat the high turnover rate.

    They dont match very much. something like 2.5% every six years or something like that. Otherwise it was a pretty standard and straightforward plan
