All partners, principals and staff, including hourly staff, are eligible to receive up to 16 weeks of paid Parental Leave to be taken within the first year after the birth (including surrogacy) or adoption of a child or the commencement of foster care or legal guardianship of a child. This benefit is available to male and female partners, principals and staff who are employed with the firm as of the date of the birth, adoption, foster care placement or legal guardianship.
