Unlimited PTO, physical and mental well-being stipends, discounts to variety of things, and highly competitive salary and total compensation.
Insurance benefit package is competitive in the industry
We have coverage on wifi and phone bills, also some coverage on transportation and a 1k per year fitness/wellness fund (although taxed).
EYP benefits are comparable to other big 4s.
