Parthenon offered good benefits including health insurance and training. 401K option also available.
no 401K match until multiple years down the line. Health insurance very expensive with terrible coverage. Good time off, but the culture prevents people from actually taking advantage of it. Most of all, beware anyone who says that your time and autonomy will be respected - they will not. HR is also fairly absent and unhelpful.
Great parental leave policy and flexible working arrangements. Medical insurance premiums ar expensive
Best: Paid holidays (i.e. full week July 4th) Worst: 401k match is lowest I've seen in my career
Parental leave is great if you're at that stage in your life
Ok benefits, low 401k match, good gym benefits
Standard Health benefits, Leave, Work wages for commuter train etc. which are pretax deductions.
Good benefits package overall. Especially the 401k match which my previous employer did not offer
15 paid vacation days + 3 personal days makes for some excellent time off. 401k matching could be better, but it's industry standard. Gym and other wellness expenses can be expensed, and of course, free dinners and taxi rides home if you're working late.
Parthenon package was great, the EY package is more standard
