Overall - very satisfied. Mediocre 401k (3% match, only paid at end of year - you lose any gains you would have made by having the match on paycheck). INCREDIBLE Health - fully paid premiums and zero deductible. Transit fees come out before taxes. Small but handy education reimbursement. Decent PTO - but includes sick and holiday time.
Eagle Hill offered a competitive benefits package that included fully-paid healthcare for employees and their families. In addition, they offer generous paid-time off included unlimited time-off for Directors and Sr. Directors that have been with the firm for a period of time.
Very generous health insurance and with tenure, PTO
The benefits package was completely covered meaning I didn't pay for anything out of my salary, however the coverage wasn't always the best and I did have to pay out of pocket for some of my medical expenses
Pay for all of your health insurance!
The best part about the benefits package is full healthcare coverage and the flexible hours (client and workload dependent). The down side is that the number of PTO days is a little low as well as the 401k matching percentage.
Vacation is actively encouraged and easy to take. Healthcare is free, and pretty comprehensive. There is also financial counseling included with employment to help with 401(k) planning.
Recruiters try to sell you on the culture of Eagle Hill but compensation is compensation and I wish I had negotiated harder.
health care - best Commuting - worst
Eagle Hill covers all insurance premiums...a huge benefit in the overall compensation package. Great bonus program, including end of year awards based on firm and individual performance. Also spot bonuses given throughout the year for exceptional delivery. Solid 401k program. Vacation days are provided up front with up to 40 hours carried over year to year...I love that! Some projects allow telework opportunities.
