have many options. 70/30, 80/20 and HSA ( I think) . it is the blue cross/blue shield state health plan. I think preventative health is covered 100 %
Cant complain, it was basically free
Great benefits regarding health and vacation!
The opportunity to become vested.
as insurance changes it becomes more expensive and invasive medically
High deductible plans only choice
Good plan for free and a plan that is better for a little extra each month
Minimal 80/20 plan. Doctors take the plan, because they get cash upfront for service. One cool thing is the pharmacy delivery from the med school pharmacy.
$70 to see a specialist has me avoiding follow-up. There's greasing going on as well: see one specialist who recommends another to conduct the testing, to return to the original specialist for results = $210.
As with most insurance coverage the deductible amounts increase and employees have to purchase supplemental/additional coverage (i.e. dental, vision, catastrophy, cancer, etc.)
