Comprehensive benefit package and retirement plan
There are no benefits, other than the money you make, when you are a student worker. I was employed under Federal Work Study, so I was allowed a certain amount of money I could potentially earn each semester. However, their selection for granting people this needs to be reviewed or modified, because many that should qualify don't, and many that are granted FWS don't really need it.
Flexible schedule, accountable to results instead of process.
i can't think of any negatives regarding the benefits
The best things are it is realativy good health insurance for not a high premium. You get some free life insurance through the state as well. Tuition hours and textbooks could also be paid for.
Education credits are good. Good options for retirement, health insurance
Good benefits package. Also, the package would depend on whether you are staff or faculty. Faculty do not get any days off, but have a flexible schedule, which is a lot if you have kids that need to be taken and brought home from school. Overall a very good place to work.
great state benefits, flexible work schedules. many options to choose from. dental , vision, flex plans ( daycare and health)
Paid time off. State health insurance is provided
No benefits for part time employees. They will not let you work more than 20 hours because then they need to provide benefits.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
