reasonablly priced health insurance, matching retirement funds, in hospital pharmacy with many free common perscriptions, easy to use team member health facilities
Good place to work for
No perks, or bonuses. 401 k is horrible, they do not match what you put in cause the hospital is going broke. However health and dental insurance are not expensive and has good benefits
They are below the pay scale in patient access
Terribly low pay, lowest in the area
Very convoluted benefits. Health insurance is joke. Other benefits are introduced by the lowest bidder.
Best: Great relationships built between fellow employes & patients. Worst: Employee benefits & chances for promotion left a lot to be desired. Upper & mid level management do not listen to employees.
The healt insurance plan is average as is the dental and eye plans. The 401k has been decent but team members must work 1,000 hours in order to be eligible for employer contributions. Vacation time is based on tenure which is very fair and grows quickly.
Not enough options for a choice
I believe that all co-pays should be waived if we are seeing an EJGH physician. I think that the Dental Insurance is not good coverage, it covers 50% for dental work which is not a good precentage. I love that I can do payroll deduction for meals as well as payroll deduction for college tuition for my son. I use the childcare assistance which is 75% back up to $40 a week for childcare and also $750 per semester for college tuition.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
