Great healthcare benefits, better than lots of other companies in the same industry, the company now matches 100% up to 6% of pre-tax contribution to 401k which is really the best. The company also awarded employees restricted stocks every year. In addition, the company cares about personal aspect of people’s life and often organize lunch and learn event where they provide free lunch and have outside experts to talk about topics like retirement , investment, health and wellness etc. I learned something’s different every time. The summer/winter/ special delight event is another highlight of the company where you can connect and mixer with coworkers and have drinks and appetizers from CPK nearby. It’s with mentioning that company always organizes group activities for employees nationwide like kayak in Southern California and etc. Great organization to work for!
