“There was a big price increase halfway through the year. HMO so you must choose from list of providers.”
“Decent amount of time off. The nice part is that they roll over”
Lots of benefits to pick from. Many choices for your self and your family. One of the best packages I have seen.
good insurance, 401k, dental.
The benefit package was good for a non-profit. It helped to make up for the somewhat low pay in this industry
Pay, insurance, and 401k were nice.
- no benefits to part time employees
Hard to navigate the system.
good insurance but high deductable
The best thing about the benefits at ESSC is that you accumulate 6.5 hours of vacation and another 6.5 hours of sick time every month if your full time. And you get a floating holiday.
For part time BI's there is sick pay. You can also ask for sub sessions if there is any available whenever a client cancels
I did not receive any benefits as I was a part-time employee.
