Decent amount of time off. The nice part is that they roll over
Paid vacation and benefits started 30 days from my hire date .
More PTO than I expected, but it could use more for vacation.
They call it Flex Time. You earn Flex days as you work hours and all holidays are paid time and a half. You can earn up to 9 paid flex days a quarter.
Heaven forbid you have a sick child emergency and you don't have PTO to cover. They will hound you because they don't believe in EMERGENCY or Unpaid time off.. different rules for different people and programs.
Generous time off usually.. if your client picked a good one. But paid holidays.
two weeks vacation to start and they paid for 9 holidays in addition to 3 sick days and 3 personal days
PTO is earned slowly, and one hour per pay period (2 weeks). After earning PTO, it is difficult to take time off in the small, ill run offices. Program managers do not know enough about the details of the programs, and cannot support the teams if the supervisors take PTO, and will call with problems or questions during PTO.
This is comparable to other companies.
Pretty standard, you accrue pto hours as you work
