Very good benefits, great insurance and 401K
The benefits package covers less and the premiums go up every year. 401k has no employer match. 401k plan investment options were changed when the last CEO arrived to options provided by his previous employer.
Horrible insurance but a decent forced termination package.
Average Health & Dental. No vision. No 401K match. Unlimited paid vacation for some but be aware of how much you use.
Standard benefit package. Salary employees get one week vacation at hire in and unlimited (within reasonable limits) after. Below average health insurance. No vision insurance.
Make sure you know what taxes apply to each type of compensation. For example, you will withhold taxes on tips, regular wages, overtime wages, and commissions
Vacation time is reasonable and scales
They're decreasing or at least they were when the downsizing took place.
I did not get any benefits package. It was a contract position so it wasn't offered. But any meetings or training I had to attend was paid.
