Health insurance premium is affordable. Comparing with friends, it seems our coverage is better than average for those in fairly good health. Vacation policy for new hires is 3 weeks. Paid parental leave of 4 weeks was recently added for new parents.
High deductible health plan is not great, but you get an HSA.

401k match and investment options, health insurance options, and vacation are all available, but below industry-leading competitors. Family leave (paternal or adoptive) programs are non-existent, and not in-line with employee expectations.
I like the company match on 401k. However, the premiums for our high-deductible health insurance have increased double digits (percentage wise) every year for the last several years. Not attractive health insurance!
