Eastman Chemical provides paid vacation days, unlimited unpaid vacation days (with manager approval), and paid holidays.
They only offer 2 weeks when you start and it takes 5 years to get 3 weeks, 10 to get 4 weeks, and 20 years to get 5 weeks
The company is fair. Vacations are ok. The company has a fair policy to not pay for time not worked unless it's vacations or medical leave, I can't blame them, it's fair.
Good amount of days for new hires with work experience.
After 4 years = 3 weeks After 9 years = 4 weeks
Great vacation policy and employees are encouraged to use all of the vacation time they are allotted.
They counted time at my prior job toward Eastman vacation
Vacations and PTO are concervative.
Some carryover to next year allowed. Supervisors allow flexibility.
Decent vacation time depending on the experience level
Two weeks starting out, more gained every 5 years of work
